The key to making your metabolism faster has everything to do with consistency. Forget all the diet pills, and the quick fixes. Focus on two diet and fitness.
Diet Eat several small meals through out the day. You should always try to walk away from the table a little hungry. A meal can be a can of tuna and an apple. Stay away from salts, fats, and high sugar foods. 4 small meals a day is just fine.
FitnessMake fitness apart of your lifestyle at least 4 days a week. Getting to the gym should be every bit as important as your favorite TV show, or talking to a friend on the phone. It's all about dedicating yourself to the best cause-your self! I like to schedule working out as "me time". No matter what happens in the day (except for an emergency), I get my butt in the gym.
